Reports indicate that Qayum Malang, one of the commanders of the “Sipahiyan-e Mihan” front, along with several members of the group, has been arrested during an operation conducted by Taliban forces.
Sources close to the faction claim that Taliban forces carried out an operation in the area to arrest Qayum Malang and his associates, and that Qari Fasihuddin Fitrat, the Taliban Army Chief of Staff, also traveled to the scene by helicopter.
The sources said that the lack of suitable routes and necessary facilities for withdrawal were among the main factors that led to the arrest of these individuals. They also claimed that members of the Sipahiyan-e Mihan front were executed by gunfire following the incident.
However, the Taliban have not yet issued an official response regarding these reports, and no independent source has confirmed details about the circumstances of the arrests, the condition of those detained, or the claims of their deaths.
Reports also indicate that all telecommunications networks in the district have been cut off, making it difficult to obtain accurate information about the situation in the area due to the lack of communication access.
So far, none of the parties involved in the incident have officially confirmed or denied the reports.
