General Mobeen, one of the well-known media figures of the Taliban with many followers on social media, has been released from prison after several months. Reports say that he was freed due to the efforts of some Taliban leaders.
Mobeen had been arrested for his statements against Pakistan and spent a long period in Pul-e-Charkhi prison.
