A German diplomat told Phoenix TV that all German embassy staff in Tehran have left Iran. According to the official, the move follows rising security concerns and ongoing tensions in the region.
In recent days, the United Kingdom also evacuated its remaining embassy personnel from Tehran following a security assessment and growing concerns over the regional situation.
Prior to this, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Denmark had also suspended their embassy operations in Tehran or relocated part of their diplomatic activities to other countries due to heightened security threats.
These developments come as the United States continues its strikes on Iranian soil on the thirteenth day of conflicts. Meanwhile, the Islamic Republic announced that it has targeted U.S. military positions and bases by launching attacks on targets in Jordan and Bahrain.
The continuation of these developments has heightened concerns over the potential expansion of the conflict and its impact on diplomatic relations and regional security.
