The Taliban’s Minister of Higher Education has traveled to the city of Kazan in Russia and is leading the Afghan trade delegation.
He spoke at the joint economic commission meeting between Russia and Afghanistan on economic, trade, and transit issues, emphasizing the expansion of trade and transit cooperation between the two countries.
Meanwhile, some critics have expressed concern about the Taliban’s personnel and administrative appointments, saying that unqualified individuals are being sent to international meetings instead of professional and experienced people. They believe that such policies have caused many skilled Afghans to lose their jobs and face unemployment.
