The owner of the establishment, a prominent figure among Parwan’s ice cream vendors, told Kabul Times News that the armed assailants entered his business premises during the night and stole all available cash after forcibly breaking open the cash register.

According to the owner, the attackers also assaulted him and several members of his staff during the incident. He further claimed that, based on their appearance and attire, the perpetrators bore similarities to Taliban personnel; however, their exact identities have not yet been determined.

In addition to the financial losses, the business owner stated that several employees sustained injuries as a result of the attack.

The ice cream shop is considered one of the most recognized establishments in Parwan Province and is widely known among residents from various provinces across Afghanistan.

As of the time of publication, local Taliban authorities in Parwan had not issued any official statement regarding the incident, nor had any information been released concerning the possible arrest of those responsible.
