The Environmental Protection Authority of the Taliban has stated that in the Parcham District of Farah Province, it has recovered two leopard cubs that had previously been found and handed them over to the relevant officials for care and protection.
According to the authority, these leopard cubs were discovered in the possession of a shepherd.
Meanwhile, in Khak-e-Safed District of Farah Province, the Environmental Protection Authority also rescued two eagles from the hands of poachers.
The Environmental Protection Authority has called on the public to refrain from the illegal capture and hunting of wild animals and birds, and to cooperate in the protection of the country’s natural resources.
