On May 13, in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, at the “Pharma Park” pharmaceutical center, a joint trade forum and new meetings between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan were held.
In these meetings, businessmen and officials from both countries discussed economic cooperation, new trade agreements, and the supply of medicines from Uzbek pharmaceutical companies to Afghanistan.
The participants stated that efforts are being made to expand the pharmaceutical trade between the two countries and further facilitate the provision of standard Uzbek medicines to Afghan markets.
They also discussed cooperation in the health sector, investment, and the development of joint projects in the field of pharmaceuticals.
