Donald Trump, the President of the United States, says that the country will leave Iran very soon.
According to Reuters, Trump stated in an interview with reporters at the White House that the U.S. withdrawal from Iran could take two to three weeks.
Based on the report, Trump also mentioned that an agreement with Iran is not necessary for the end of the country’s military operations, and the war could even end without an agreement with Iran.
In recent days, Donald Trump has made contradictory statements regarding the war with Iran. He had previously threatened that if Iran does not accept the U.S. ceasefire plan and does not reopen the Strait of Hormuz, the war will escalate, and Iran’s oil and energy facilities will be destroyed.
Trump has also repeatedly talked about negotiating with Iran and changing the regime in that country, but Iran has rejected any negotiations with the U.S.
