Pakistani strikes on three Afghan provinces leave 36 dead and 163 injured.

Mujahid stated that Pakistani military fighter jets targeted residential areas in the provinces of Paktia, Paktika, and Kunar. He added that at least three residential houses were completely destroyed in the attacks, causing significant property damage to local residents.

According to the Taliban spokesperson, the highest number of casualties was recorded in the Chamkani district of Paktia Province. He said that an elderly man and a child were killed in the initial strike. He further claimed that after local residents gathered to rescue the injured and provide assistance, the area was bombed again, killing 28 more people and injuring 158 others.

Mujahid also said that in a separate strike on Giyan district in Paktika Province, a residential house was hit, killing six civilians. He stated that most of the victims were women and children.

He further added that in Manogai district of Kunar Province, another residential house was completely destroyed, causing extensive property damage, although no fatalities were reported in that attack.
