Sirajuddin Haqqani has given recommendations to provincial officials for rescue and relief efforts due to the risk of flooding.

The Taliban’s Minister interior of Taliban , Sirajuddin Haqqani, following the recent rains and the potential risk of floods, has issued directives to provincial officials to prepare preventive measures. He emphasized that governors, police chiefs, and district administrators must be aware of the situation in flood-prone areas and other potential hazards, and be ready to handle any emergency situation. He also recommended that all available resources be used to combat floods and protect people’s lives, in order to prevent potential damages and safeguard the lives of the people.
