The Afghanistan Freedom Front (AFF) has claimed responsibility for an attack on a vehicle carrying employees of the Taliban’s Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in Kabul’s 12th Police District on Monday evening.
According to the group, the attack took place at approximately 8:20 p.m. in the National Security Residential Township, resulting in the deaths of two Taliban members and injuries to two others.
The Afghanistan Freedom Front stated that the attack was carried out as part of its ongoing operations.
The Taliban have not yet commented on the claim, and the reported casualties and details of the incident have not been independently verified.
