Germany’s Federal Police confirmed that the pilot of an aircraft alerted security authorities about suspected drone activity in the area. Following the report, security agencies launched immediate measures and suspended airport operations.
According to a report by Focus Online, the airport has been fully closed for several hours, while police helicopters are conducting search flights in the area to locate the drone.
