
The Prime Minister of the UK announced that the country will host an international diplomatic conference this week on the issue of the Strait of Hormuz. Keir Starmer stated that 35 countries have signed a declaration in which they have committed to cooperating with each other to restore security to this vital maritime route.
Starmer said on Wednesday that the UK Foreign Secretary will lead the conference. According to him, military planners are also working on strategies to ensure security after the end of the war against the Islamic Republic.
The UK Prime Minister emphasized that restoring stability requires “a united front of military power and diplomatic efforts.”
