Maryam Sama, a former member of the House of Representatives during the republican government, said that no man or woman can represent an entire gender, and likewise, no woman or man can represent all the people of the country.
She added that for the country’s freedom from the oppression of the Taliban, the joint and coordinated efforts of all segments of society are necessary so that, in her view, the rights and freedoms of the people are preserved.
Maryam Sama emphasized that the role of every segment of society is important, and that a single gender or individual cannot claim to represent the entire community.
