The Taliban’s Minister of Justice, Abdul Hakim Sharaei, met with officials of private hospitals in Kabul to discuss the regulation and coordination of healthcare services.
In the meeting, the private hospital officials stated that a total of 126 private hospitals are operating in Kabul city, and there is a need to bring them together under an organized framework and a joint association.
According to the officials, establishing a joint association could increase coordination among hospitals, improve the quality of services, and systematically address the problems of the healthcare sector.
The Taliban’s Minister of Justice emphasized that organizing the private healthcare sector and establishing a legal framework for it is important for improving the quality of services.
