The Taliban’s Minister of Public Health, Noor Jalal Jalali, during the announcement of the hospital construction in the Hazrat Sultan district of Samangan province, stated that large plans are underway for the expansion of healthcare services across the country.
He mentioned that just this year, the construction of 100 similar hospitals will begin nationwide, with the goal of providing accessible and quality healthcare services to the people.
According to this project, the shortage of healthcare centers in rural and remote areas will be largely addressed, and medical facilities for the people will be improved.
The construction of the hospital in Hazrat Sultan district, which is part of Samangan province, is seen as a long-standing demand of the local residents, and the process of its implementation has now begun.
