Local sources have reported that Pakistani drones patrolled the skies over Afghanistan’s Paktia Province.
According to the sources, the drones were observed from 10:00 a.m. (Wednesday, 29th July ) for approximately two and a half hours.
The sources said Taliban forces opened fire on the drones using both light and heavy weapons.
Similar reports emerged yesterday, indicating that Pakistani drones had also been patrolling the skies over Khost Province.
Local Taliban authorities in Paktia and Khost have not yet commented on the reports.
