Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that the country’s vital institutions are the “lifelines” of the people’s daily lives, and that attempts to attack or threaten these institutions are not a sign of strength, but rather an indication of weakness and despair in the face of a nation’s will.
Pezeshkian added that targeting important infrastructure such as transportation networks, electricity, and water systems has a direct impact on people’s everyday lives, but such pressures will not weaken the resolve of the Iranian people.
He emphasized that Iran, relying on the knowledge and capabilities of its experts, as well as national unity and solidarity, will resist any form of pressure, threat, or challenge, and will continue its developmental and infrastructural efforts.
