The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has claimed responsibility for the explosion on 10th of Sawr in the Qala-e-Najjarha area of District 11 in Kabul city. In a statement released on Monday, 14th of Sawr, the Front said that the operation was carried out by its affiliated forces.
The statement said that as a result of the incident, two Taliban-affiliated fighters were injured. It also emphasized that no harm was caused to civilians or the Front’s own forces.
Earlier, local sources had also confirmed the occurrence of two explosions in the same area. However, further details about how these incidents occurred have not been independently verified.
The increase in such targeted incidents in the capital has heightened the concerns of Kabul residents about the security situation and the Taliban administration’s ability to maintain safety in the city.
