Pakistan’s Information Minister, Attaullah Tarar, has accused the Afghan Taliban of intentionally targeting civilians in the border areas near the Durand Line in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He described these actions as “inhuman and deceptive,” adding that after fleeing the battlefield, the Taliban have turned to attacking civilian areas. Tarar emphasized that such attacks are a clear violation of international humanitarian principles and must be strongly condemned.
