The Afghanistan Cricket Board has announced that the process for awarding and selling five teams for the second phase of the Afghanistan Premier League (APL) T20 will officially begin.
According to the Cricket Board, domestic and international businessmen, investors, and sports enthusiasts can participate in this process and submit their applications to purchase teams.
Based on the information, investors have the opportunity to submit their applications and relevant documents to the Cricket Board administration from May 15 to June 30.
The Cricket Board stated that the resumption of the Afghanistan Premier League will promote the development of cricket in the country, increase the experience of young players, and provide opportunities to compete with international players.
They added that this league not only plays an important role in the field of sports but can also bring economic benefits to Afghanistan and attract foreign investment.
