Sirajuddin Haqqani, the Taliban’s Minister of Interior, has met with Ali Reza Bigdeli, the Iranian Ambassador to Kabul.
The Iranian Embassy in Kabul announced on Tuesday, 8th of Thor, through a press release that the two sides discussed the latest regional developments during the meeting.
According to the embassy’s statement, the meeting also covered bilateral relations and several topics of mutual interest to the two countries.
No further details have been released regarding the specific issues discussed in the meeting.
Yesterday, Sirajuddin Haqqani also met and held talks with the Chinese Ambassador to Kabul.
