The statement added that 80 athletes representing seven provinces—including Baghlan, Balkh, and Kunduz—participated in the event.

At the conclusion of the tournament, Baghlan athletes took first place to claim the championship trophy, while Kunduz secured second place and Balkh finished third.

The General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports stated that the objective of the competition was to promote combat sports, enhance athletic performance, and strengthen inter-provincial sports relations.
