The new memoir by former U.S. President Joe Biden is scheduled to be published on November 17 of this year. The book will be released just a few weeks after the U.S. midterm elections have taken place.
Previously, former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris also published her memoir, titled 107 Days, last year. In the book, she reflects on her brief presidential campaign and the efforts she undertook against Donald Trump during the 2024 presidential election, following Biden’s withdrawal from the race.
Meanwhile, in February, senior Democratic officials who were reviewing the reasons behind the party’s defeat in the 2024 presidential election concluded that the Biden administration’s policy regarding the war in Gaza was a “completely negative” and damaging factor for Kamala Harris’s campaign. They determined that it had a significant adverse impact on the Democratic Party’s electoral performance.
