UNAMA has promised to support the progress of the trade and industrial sectors.

In a meeting with the Chairman of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries, the Political Representative of UNAMA, Karl Paul Zientek, discussed in detail the current issues facing the private sector. During this session, both sides addressed key aspects of trade development, investment, and industrial activities. Zientek promised to share the private sector’s challenges with international partner organizations and to continue efforts to find solutions. He also emphasized that improving the business and investment environment is crucial for Afghanistan’s economic progress, and UNAMA will provide the necessary support for this goal.
