The new head coach of the national cricket team has arrived in Kabul and the training camp for upcoming competitions has begun.

According to the Afghanistan Cricket Board, Richard Pybus also met with both captains of the national teams and discussed future plans for the national team, upcoming competitions, and the commencement and management of the training camp.

Based on the schedule announced by the Afghanistan Cricket Board, a one-month training camp will be held under the direct supervision of the Capacity Building Center and with the presence of the new head coach for approximately 40 players. The camp began on April 12th and will continue until May 16th.

During this time, the national team players will prepare for the Test matches and One Day International series against the Indian national team.
